Asian V-Line chin reduction is an operation for the wider U-shaped lower face designed to reduce the chin horizontally rather than vertically and thereby slim the face to a more oval shape.

The mandible of the chin is cut in several places, bone in removed, and remaining bone is then repositioned and stabilized.
