Asian jaw moving, or orthognathic surgery, is a family of operations to reshape the lower face by surgically realigning the mandible (lower jaw bone) and/or maxilla (upper jaw bone) rather than primarily shaving away bone as in jaw reduction.
In this example, the lips and chin are asymmetric. Such surgery is complex and not without significant risk.
